针对客户需求以及新项目创建成本模型
Set-up and maintain calculation schedule related to controlling and cost
estimation activities
建立核算时间进程表并监督
Lead the extended team cost calculation methodically for product cost and
change cost calculation in different project phases
在各个项目阶段主导产品成本成本核算以及更新成本变化
Project analysis/项目分析
Support sales and PM to create and update lifetime economic analysis
支持销售项目部门对项目进行生命周期经济性分析
Check plausibility and release cost and price assumptions made within the
project calculation
检测在成本核算表中成本以及价格的合理性
Historic analysis：MoB analysis to support the better
pricing/Project investment analysis
案例分析：产品自制vs采购分析/项目投资分析
Evaluate ECN regarding impact on HK
分析设计变更带来的成本变化
Cost status report per project gate for PM or internal customers
在项目节点向内部项目成员进行成本状态汇报
Run deviation analysis between cost calculation and SAP cost in rump-up phase
在项目运行初期分析成本预测以及实际成本差异
Project support/项目支持
Project budgeting creation and follow-up in develop phase
在开发阶段创建并监督项目投资
Global parameter pool interface(VAVE, space, CT, scrap rate)to support
forecast, budget in cooperation with sales/plant
全球参数接口输入，在销售以及工厂协助下支持预测以及预算建立
Support further development of standard tools and processes
支持标准工具以及流程的进一步开发
岗位要求：
Bachelor degree in finance or Industrial engineer preferred.
财务 或工业工程师本科学历优先.
English oral,reading and writing skills
具备英语口语读写能力
Working experience Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance/Accounting/project controlling or Engineering. Plant experience in manufacturing industry desired. Experience in automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
工作经验至少3年财务/会计/项目控制或工程经验， 需要有制造行业的工厂经验。 有汽车制造行业经验者优先。
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, positive working attitude and good pressure resistance
